    We will gladly issue a refund/replacement for defective/damaged items.* Please notify us as soon as possible and do not discard the item or packaging until you have received a response from us in the event we need photographs or request the item be returned.  Returns must be shipped (with tracking) within 30 days of purchase and item must be unused, in same condition as received and in original packaging. Certain returns subject to a 20% restocking fee + shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the return.

    Return Shipping Fee
    da Hawaiian Store pays return shipping on any items which meet the following criteria: arrived damaged, duplicate item, incorrect item, missing parts, defective.

    Customer pays return shipping on returns which are not the result of the above conditions.

    Restocking Fee
    No restocking fee applies to the following: arrived damaged, duplicate item, incorrect item, missing parts, defective.

    All other return reasons will be handled on a case by case basis and may be assessed a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item price.

    *Orders for designated custom items, including those not carried on our website, are ineligible for refunds or returns.  We will package the items well, however, damages resulting from shipping, including those related to delays, theft and temperature, are not our responsibility in these cases. For custom orders only, please file a claim with the postal service or Fedex if your item arrives damaged.
