    Shipping policy

    Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  During situations, such as high volume periods or those involving weather related or postal service issues that are outside of our control, shipping times may be delayed.

    Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

    We offer free US shipping, unless otherwise noted.

    For custom orders, additional shipping may be charged. Shipping charges for these orders will be provided to you prior to checkout.

    International Shipping:

    We offer International Shipping to some destinations.  Please email us at prior to ordering and we can advise if we ship to your area and provide a shipping estimate.  We typically charge actual shipping costs for these orders and shipping charges will be provided to you prior to checkout.


    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

    If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.  We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information or mail theft.

    Shipping to P.O. boxes

    Orders shipped via Fedex may not be shipped to PO Boxes and will need a physical address for delivery.  We will notify you if this is the case

    Refunds, returns, and exchanges

    We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Items must be returned prior to receiving a refund or replacement.

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
