Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping policy
All US orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. A notification will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
We offer free US shipping, unless otherwise noted*. Most packages are shipped via the USPS. We use FedEx 2 day service for heavier packages at no additional charge. *On noted items, you will be provided with a shipping quote prior to ordering.
For custom orders, additional shipping may be charged. Shipping charges for these orders will be provided to you prior to checkout.
International Shipping:
We offer International Shipping to some destinations. Please email us at aloha@dahawaiianstore.com prior to ordering and we can advise if we ship to your area and provide a shipping estimate. We typically charge actual shipping costs for these orders and shipping charges will be provided to you prior to checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at aloha@hawaiianstore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information or mail theft.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Orders shipped via Fedex may not be shipped to PO Boxes and will need a physical address for delivery. We will notify you if this is the case
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery on nearly all items* returned to us in an unused and resaleable condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item. Items must be returned prior to receiving a refund or replacement.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at aloha@dahawaiianstore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
* We advise against ordering meltable candies and chocolate items if you reside in an area where temperatures regularly exceed 75F or you have a mail receptacle exposed to direct sunlight. We keep these products available year-round for customers in cooler climates. Please note, free shipping does not include our melt guarantee. To ensure safe delivery, we will ship your item with ice and utilize Fedex shipping for an additional fee. Please send us a message for a personalized quote.
